With annual sales of more than 1.3 billion, Experian maintains a diverse portfolio of successful services including Credit Solutions, Marketing Solutions, Automotive Services, and interactive services through their Experian Interactive division.
What We Did:
Given the sensitive nature of the credit card data that Experian deals with, they require financial grade security and only premier technology partners. PhD Computing was specifically chosen to develop their ICANN accredited Registrar system. Through this domain purchasing application, Experian Interactive can provide domain registration capabilities to its customers through a state of the art application incorporating the highest level of security.
The ICANN Registrar application incorporates many standard features you are used to seeing in a domain registration system. These include the ability to perform Whois queries, domain portfolio management and auto-domain renewal features.
We took the application to the next level to customize it for Experians specific needs and incorporated some excited "not-so-standard" features, including single sign-on integration, an internal ticket tracking system with escalations and business logic flows with management approval process.
